In case you are not satisfied with our response you can lodge your grievance with SEBI at http://scores.gov.in or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI. For any queries, feedback or assistance, please contact SEBI office on toll free Helpline at 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575.

For Insurance

In case you are not satisfied with our response you can lodge your grievance with IRDAI:

  1. Can make use of the Bima Bharosa system - IRDAI Portal at https://bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in for registering the complaints and to monitor the status of the complaints.
  2. Can send the complaint through Email to complaints@irdai.gov.in.
  3. Can call Toll Free No. 155255 or 1800 4254 732.
  4. Apart from the above options, if it is felt necessary by the complainant to send the communication in physical form, the same may be sent to IRDAI addressed to:
